  • Overview

    Act as a senior team member of the Quality Control department to support technology transfer, deviation support, and investigations. Subject Matter Expert for more than one discipline. Technical writer of test methods, protocols, and reports as well as contributor to Annual Product Reviews and other Regulatory documents. Direct contact with customers and project teams. Acts as advisor to junior staff to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Provides guidance to junior staff to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. Troubleshoot assay and instrumentation issues involving data mining, trending and analysis to identify problems.


    •Document writing for transfers/investigations
    •Perform assay work for transfers/investigations
    •Leads set up and verification of electronic equipment/templates/forms for transfers
    •Attending project team meetings
    •Independently drive projects to on-time completion
    •Perform other duties as assigned
    •Proactively shares knowledge with others and encourages analyst development


    •Bachelor's degree and/or Advanced Graduate degree (MS/PhD)
    •Preferred area of study: Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent Science Field
    •Preferred 8+ years experience in field, preferably in a GMP/Professional environment
    •Use of Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    •Expert in Laboratory computerized systems such as Empower
    •Possess very strong communication skills both verbal and written
    •Able to speak and convey messages and or information publicly
    •Makes quality decisions independently
