Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions.
Provide administrative support primarily to the CFO and will assist the CEO as needed.
Manage and interface with Boards of Directors on behalf of the Executives. Work with various committees such as the Audit, Compensation and Governance.
Set up and manage Board of Director meetings and dinners.
Provide support by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
Maintains Executives’ appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
8+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant for a C-Level Executive.
Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Travel Logistics, and Verbal Communication.
Experience with setting up Board Meetings and Events.
Experience in the biopharmaceutical field including a solid understanding of the drug development environment.
Experience working in a public company environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information.
Exposure to investors, non-deal road shows, investment banks, IR/PR firms and raising capital in various forms a plus.
