  • Overview

    Responsible for greeting visitors at the reception area, and providing administrative support to the Quality organization and other departments at the site.


    • Responsible for greeting all visitors and making a positive first impression on Ocular Therapeutix
    • Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image
    • Coordinate daily office activities such as maintaining office and break room inventory
    • Provide Administrative Support to VP, Quality, including expense reports and travel arrangements as requested
    • Provide administrative support to the Quality Organization and other departments at the site as needed:
      • Provide administrative support during regulatory inspection including making photocopies of documents/records, ordering meals, keeping the conference rooms clean and organized
      • Scanning of quality documents such as batch records, deviations, change controls and related documentation
      • Filing of documentation in controlled document room
      • Assist with Document Control activities such as archiving and retrieving documents to and from on-site as well as off-site storage
      • Maintaining quality logs and related documentation
    • Participate as needed in special department projects and ad hoc requests
    • Other duties as assigned


    • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in a Business field or equivalent preferred
    • 4+ years’ experience in office management or administrative function
    • Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required

      Working Conditions:
    • Office environment but requires some bending and lifting
